Recent life-changing events have led me to become more introspective, prompting me to examine human behaviour – my own and that of others. This is perhaps a futile pursuit, but it is clear that we are all profoundly shaped by the accumulation of our experiences. Each of these moments, large or small, influence our choices, and ultimately define who we are. In essence, we are the sum of our parts. Much like a mosaic, those parts can be beautiful, shiny, fragile and broken, but together they form a unified whole. We carry these fragments with us, striving to hold them together in search of peace and harmony.
